Pattern process is to make mold, structural parts as
well as mold surface is processed by NC machining.
Process that manufactures casting material that is raw
material of mold by pouring molten metal in the mold
made with pattern made in previous process.
Casting material is processed through system network
with NC-data made by CAD/CAM/CAE. 8 sets of NC
machining center including 2 sets of high speed
machining center are possessed, and many general
purpose machine tools are possessed in addition.
Surface polishing work using grinder whetstone
sandpaper, maintaining surface roughness of mold
surface processed in high precision machining center
to the degree of reference surface roughness.
Work that improves quality of panel by putting mold
in the press machine, and understands and verifies
constant quality, production condition and
manufacturing state of mold.
High quality product is measured with the facilities
to measure surface roughness of mold or panel
manufactured by mold in 3 dimensions.
